The house across the street may be ready by Christmas. It is hard to tell. The second house is down the street a bit, a remodel instead of a tear down. Doug Christensen did a beautiful job of maintaining character while adding a two car garage. He chipped off the brick and saved it to match the front and added a matching second dormer window.
